By downloading, installing, or using Word Up (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is an AI-powered keyboard assistant that utilizes the ChatGPT API to enhance user typing experiences by offering contextual suggestions, auto-completion, and other typing-related functionalities. The App does not collect, store, or use any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through our app, please note the following:
- Subscription Details: The subscription will automatically renew at the specified interval (e.g., weekly, monthly, annually) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription price and what it includes will be clearly displayed before purchase.
- Free Trials and Introductory Offers: Any free trial or introductory offer will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The duration of the trial and subsequent billing details will be clearly communicated.
- Cancellation: You can manage your subscription, including turning off auto-renewal, in your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the service until then.
- Price Changes: If the subscription price increases, you will be notified and required to opt-in to the new price. If you do not opt-in, your subscription will not renew at the new price.
- Refunds: All charges are non-refundable unless required by law. You can request a refund through Apple Support, but it is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our express written permission.
